In this session, Wexif will introduce themselves and tell us a bit about the initiatives they undertake, followed by a series of 10 minute hot seat interviews spotlighting some of the brilliant female leaders of the ECA space. Following this, the room will break into roundtables for a networking based discussion on promoting equality in the workplace.
